Teresa Buchholz, Stampin' Up! Demonstrator

I fell in love with stamping with my first card and became a Stampin' Up Independent Demonstrator in February 2009. Creating fresh project ideas, cards, scrapbook pages and gifts is more that just stamps and ink, it is about sharing part of yourself with crafters you love.

Note to “Self”about Mondays

July 31, 2012 Leave a Comment

Self, please note that next time you are scheduling Stampin’ Up stuff during a storm, JUST DON’T DO IT! We have had terrible storms every night lately. I was working on my catalog helper, and posted on my blog during last nights storm. The power blipped, the Internet went down. When it was all over, everything seemed good to go. This morning, no blog post, well maybe I forgot to do something, let me go check. There wasn’t even a post, but I had done it last night, so you could wake up from stamping dreams to see more stamping! What a great way to start your week, or so I thought. After checking to make sure the catalog helper was scheduled for Tuesday, there was nothing scheduled, no ecard at all….now I am think to my “self” maybe I should take off on Monday’s from now on!
After, entering all of the catalog helper again, I forgot to schedule it for Tuesday delivery and it was sent immediately. Okay, no big deal, then it happened, I got mail, 3 times. I am so sorry to clutter up your email, all I can say is IT’S MONDAY and I give up! That was the last straw, off to sniff some of the new rubber stamps I got at convention.
Here are a few of my not on Monday creations!

The snowmen are new from the Holiday Mini, ( you can order from it on August 1) this stamp set is called Frosty Friends, it reminds me of my favorite hostess stamp set from a couple of years ago called The More the Merrier.
Products I used to make this card were:
Stamp sets: Frosty Friends and Chock-Full of Cheer
Card sock: Gumball Green, Pool Party and Whisper White
Tools: Big Shot, essentials Paper-Piercing Pack, Apothecary Accents Framelits, Versa Mark, markers to color the details before I added Dazzling Details to bling it up!
Happy Inking!
