Teresa Buchholz, Stampin' Up! Demonstrator

I fell in love with stamping with my first card and became a Stampin' Up Independent Demonstrator in February 2009. Creating fresh project ideas, cards, scrapbook pages and gifts is more that just stamps and ink, it is about sharing part of yourself with crafters you love.

Spring Is Here!

April 5, 2016 2 Comments

This Tuesday you get two cards using this sketch from Try Stampin' on Tuesday Challenge #265. The theme was Spring is Here. sketch_17_kk My first thought (after the panic left) was,  wow, this is going to be hard.  Then as I got to work, I had so many things spinning around in my head that I ended up with 2 cards.  Not sure they will use both but you can see them both here!IMG_6790

Here is the first card I made.I love this free paper and stamp from the Sale-A-Bration catalog.  I used the ferns from Butterfly Basics  together with the flowers.  The hello sunshine stamp was from a recent paper pumpkin kit.   This card is just like the sketch.   Can you believe it?   For my next card I did what I do best and mixed things up a bit.   I love, love this card!  Everything just went together so smoothly.  IMG_6791This card used stamp sets, Watercolor Wash, The Open Sea, and the saying was from Flower Patch!

I hope you are inspired and will come and post your card on the Try Stampin' on Tuesday Blog!

I love them both, but the first is my favorite, probably because I love those little puffy flowers, though I love the colors on the second. Pretty stuff! I’ll have to give the sketch a try! 🙂
