Teresa Buchholz, Stampin' Up! Demonstrator

I fell in love with stamping with my first card and became a Stampin' Up Independent Demonstrator in February 2009. Creating fresh project ideas, cards, scrapbook pages and gifts is more that just stamps and ink, it is about sharing part of yourself with crafters you love.

A Gatefold Valentine!

January 17, 2018 1 Comment

It has been a while since I bought a Valentine stamp set. I have so many great stamps the I can use to make Valentine’s that I would rather buy stamps that I can use all year long!  I have a really hard time parting with my Stamps, so I tend to buy what I really like.  I challenged myself to make a Valentine with stuff I already owned!  Here it is!Here it’s open so you can see the bow is attached to the heart with ribbon neatly glued from edge to edge. The heart that hold the bow, gets tucked under a gold heart to keep it close.  The love you that I stamped inside was a stamp from last January’s Paper Pumpkin Kit. Here is the complete list of supplies that I used.

To make a gatefold card you need a card base that is 5 1/2″ by 8 1/2″.  You score the 8 1/2″ side at 2 1/8″ and 6 3/8″
