Teresa Buchholz, Stampin' Up! Demonstrator

I fell in love with stamping with my first card and became a Stampin' Up Independent Demonstrator in February 2009. Creating fresh project ideas, cards, scrapbook pages and gifts is more that just stamps and ink, it is about sharing part of yourself with crafters you love.

Blooming with Kindness

March 19, 2013 6 Comments

Today, I made a card for the challenge on Sketch Frenzy Friday. Here is the sketch:

You know what a hard time I have following these sketches or directions, but here is my take on this one.

20130319-100553.jpg
I used Blooming with Kindness and Itty Bitty Banners stamp sets.
Whisper White, Primrose Petals card stock
Print Poetry Designer Series Paper Stack
Primrose Petals and Gumball Green inks
Gumball Green Ribbon
After I inked the flower up with Primrose Petals, I used a sponge dauber and applied Frost White Shimmer paint directly to the stamp before I stamped it onto my Whisper White card base.
Next , I took the designer series sheet and mounted it onto the Primrose Petals card stock and with my largest circle punch, I punched thru both papers, added my Gumball Green ribbon and added this to the stamped white card base.
Happy Stamping!

Yours is definitely prettier than the original. Love the colors. That green paper really sets off the…is that Purely Pomegranate? 🙂

Oh, duh. I just saw that it's Primrose Petals. That color's great with Pool Party, but then what isn't?
