Teresa Buchholz, Stampin' Up! Demonstrator

I fell in love with stamping with my first card and became a Stampin' Up Independent Demonstrator in February 2009. Creating fresh project ideas, cards, scrapbook pages and gifts is more that just stamps and ink, it is about sharing part of yourself with crafters you love.

Busted by Google Talk!!

June 27, 2013 1 Comment

Oh my goodness, I had a friend that connected with me from goggle talk, she talked with me a few minutes and then asked are you in FL? I don’t recognize that room or TV behind you. Self said “next time you are out of town, you might not want to answer google chat with all the lights on”. Grrrrrr……
I admit that I am here in FL, with my traveling cats, while my fabulous hubby is home working. Every morning, I get up when the cats tell me too, ( if you have a cat I am sure you can relate) and go to the beach for some inspiration. My card today reflects my early am beach time.

This is a really simple card, using some of the shells I picked up on Honeymoon Island and the By the Tide Stamp Set. Other SU items used include:
Island Indigo and Whisper White card stock
Pool Party, Baked Brown Sugar, and Crisp Cantaloupe inks
Labels Collection Framelits
Honeycomb Embossing Folder
Island Indigo Chevron Ribbon
Pewter Embossing Powder

All of the shells were attached with TomBow!
Honeymoon Island is one of Florida’s super special State Parks. When I arrived the beach looked like this….

I think you can see why I love it here!
Sea ya soon!

    Ha ha! Gotcha! 🙂

Great card…I don't know why Tombow never works for me the way it does for you. I'm amazed that it's holding those shells in place! Wow! I mean, that's strong!
