Hello!
Last night was my monthly Open stamp/scrap night (mark your calendars it happens on the second Friday of every month) and it was a small but wonderful group! I had a great time, I had my project all planned out for completion, and then it happened! I got totally obsessed with a card some one brought to share. Next thing you know, my project is tossed to the side and I am starting a new one, kinda, sorta, but not really like what I have just seen! Check it out!
Here is the best part about this card, the stamp set is called “Fabulous You”! I embossed the black card stock with a jumbo wheel ( it is retired but, oh so lovely) with VersaMark and clear embossing powder. Next I stamped the Fabulous You shoe on Whisper White using VersaMark and SU Pewter embossing powder, cut it out with my fussy cutting scissors, popped it up on the black embossed card stock and added a red rose bow, created by yours truly with some Really Red ribbon that is sadly, also retired. This would make a great wedding or girlfriend card!
Maybe tomorrow I will finish my other tossed to the side project.
I hope your weekend is very inky!
