Oh yeah, I finally used the Stampin’ Up Washi tape.
I am not really an adventurerious stamper. I have been labeled as an SU snob and actually, I am okay with that…there is ‘nothing wrong with having all of your papers, ink, and accessories match’! This is actually a perk, because I do not have to wonder if this color matches, I already know that it matches, because SU tells us every color match for all of their Designer Series Papers, and inks. This makes matching so easy!
So, recently, when I purchased the SU Washi tape, I thought, okay, it is all the rage and I am going to jump on board and use it! I have to admit that was several months ago, and I did have the tape, but I just couldn’t use it. Not sure why, but somehow, it just did not feel right. During convention, I got several swaps using this strange tape and I liked them. I decided I must try this Washi tape stuff. Here is my first card with at least a 1/2″ of Washi tape on it and that includes what is on the envelope.
My second card proved to be even easier…
and now I must admit ..I am so very hooked!
