I love the single stamps that are now available from Stampin’ Up. I used the new single stamp, Bold Snowflake to make this card.
See how shiny the snowflakes are in the background? I made them by stamping on Whisper White card stock with the new Illuminate Ink pad and sprinkling on some of my favorite embossing powder, Iridescent Ice. I must of really been having fun, because when my hubby came home from work, he said ‘your nose is all shiny and it isn’t glitter this time’. That Illuminate ink pad is fabulous! I tried the traditional Christmas colors, all the while thinking it would look so much better in Pink or Pool Party! Here’s a little secret, the Spring catalog is going to have Pool Party embossing powder! Woohoo! I cannot wait! I may just get out of control…..like what if I mix, Pool Party with my favorite Iridescent Ice! The possibilities are endless!
Here’s what I used to finish the card:
Cherry Cobbler and Brushed Silver (100717) card stock
Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding
Oval Accent Bigz Clear die
Apothecary Accents Framelits
Bitty Banners Framelits
Inks, Stazon, Cherry Cobbler & Illuminate
Stamps, Bold Snowflake(132338), Frosty Friends, and Tiny Tiny Wishes
Star Punch from Merry Minis Punch Pack (126882)
Assorted SU markers, Red Dazzling Details and a few pearls add the final touches!
Happy Stamping!
