September Club is always so much fun! The Holiday Mini is available to order from and nobody can decide on what they have to order right now. I must say that after they decided and place their orders, the real fun began. The hostess for September was Laura, and everyone was so helpful suggesting how she should spend her hostess dollars. Suggestions like, "Why don't you get this so I can borrow it?" were plentiful. When this didn't work, we even picked out something she could buy for us, and she was even going to have enough left to get herself something small. Really, really small! Laura is very generous, but we won't be getting our stuff we picked out unless we add it to our order. I had lots of things made from the mini and a lot of products available for show but all of the projects that we made for September Club were from the big catalog! Here they are:
This BATTY goodie bag was made using the Petal Cone Die (#121810) for the body, the Perfect Pennant Die for the wings (#123126) both on page 221, and the Spider Web textured Embossing Folder (#120889) page 218. The eyes were punched with the 1/2" Circle punch (#119869) page 212, and we added Circle Fire Rhinestones (#109110) page 198. The mouth was cut from the 5 petal punch (#119880) page 210 and shaped with the 1/2" circle punch and paper snips. Card stock used was Whisper White and Black. After it was assembled it was sprayed with Silver Foil Smooth Spritz (#118771) page 203.
The next project:
This fancy fold card was actually embossed with Black embossing (#109133) and Tangerine Tango (#123106) page 210. Card stock used was Elegant Eggplant (looks kinda blue in all the pictures…sorry) and Pumpkin Pie. Stamps used were Dark & Dreary (#121151 clear) page 23 & House of Haunts (#111574 wood) page 15. The Designer Paper was actually from last years paper and the spiders were embossed with the Tangerine Tango embossing powder.
The last card was so stinkin' cute that even cat lovers had to love it! This card was originally created by Jane Rappleyea. She shared this card with me at convention and since most of my Stamp Club members have dogs we had to make this card. Thank you for sharing Jane.
It uses Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight, Black card stock and the Stamp set Friends Fur-ever (#120504 Clear) page 74. Ribbons are Whisper White 3/8" Taffeta (#109070) and Rose Red 1/4" Grosgrain (#124322) page 195.
Happy Stamping!
