I am not a huge fan of Sympathy Cards. Unfortunately, it's sometimes necessary, and seems like when I need a sympathy card, I never have one. Why does that always happen? Anyway, I am trying to do better and here is a card I recently made just to have on hand.
It is simple but elegant, and would even be a great Get Well or Thinking of you card. To make this card you will need 2 pieces of Whisper white cut 4" x 5 1/4". One Whisper White you will cut out a centered oval with the Oval Framelits, then you will place this over the other Whisper White piece. Stamp your image, I used Memento Tuxedo Black Ink (133456). Then with the sponge daubers, I start with my darkest color and add it to the oval, blending upward. Here are the other Stampin' Up products I used.
