Teresa Buchholz, Stampin' Up! Demonstrator

I fell in love with stamping with my first card and became a Stampin' Up Independent Demonstrator in February 2009. Creating fresh project ideas, cards, scrapbook pages and gifts is more that just stamps and ink, it is about sharing part of yourself with crafters you love.

Apothecary Arts gets all Blinged out!

This card started out very easy and simple, I was going to CASE (copy and share everything) a card from our demonstrator magazine. It was listed as a make & take that we could use for classes, events etc. They said, change it up a bit if you want. Well, this was the card they wanted us to case…..

You might notice I did change it up a wee bit.
I used stamp sets, Apothecary Art & Loving Thoughts
Baja Breeze, Whisper White card stock and Twitterpated designer series paper
Inks used were Baja Breeze, Island Indigo, Pink Pirouette, Wild Wasbai & Stazon Black so I could color the flowers with my blender pen.
Labels Collection Framelits, Elegant Lines Embossing Folder, Large Scallop Edgelits and “Biggie”
Then for the final touches, I used a little flower punch from the Itty Bitty Punch pack to cut out some flowers from my scrap designer paper, and used a cut down scrap of dimensionals to pop those flowers up. My final and most important step of the card was to place shiny Rhinestones anywhere I could. You know all cards should have some bling to be complete!
I hope your Friday is all Blinged up!
