Teresa Buchholz, Stampin' Up! Demonstrator

I fell in love with stamping with my first card and became a Stampin' Up Independent Demonstrator in February 2009. Creating fresh project ideas, cards, scrapbook pages and gifts is more that just stamps and ink, it is about sharing part of yourself with crafters you love.

Oh Hello, No Bling, No Layers, No I’m Serious!

March 6, 2013 Leave a Comment

I am going to show the picture first, because, I know everyone who stamps with me is going…”WHAT?”

20130306-215607.jpg
Yes, I made this card, and I know it is hard to believe, because when my SU up line used to have events, I won 5 WOW cards, and no matter how hard I tried I could not win the most demonstrable card. If I thought it was demonstrable, it won WOW. That category totally escaped me, so when I saw this CASE one layer challenge, I decided I should give it a try.
To make this card I used:
Whisper card stock
Oh Hello stamp set
Daffodil delight and Primrose Petals ink pad
Baja Breeze, Daffodil Delight, Primrose Petals and Gumball Green Markers

That’s it every thing I used….Oh my, I might have just figured out how to do a most demonstrable card.

Moral of this story…..you do not have to own a lot of stuff to make a great card…..but I still think a little bling would have made it “more FABULOUS”!
Bling it Up and have a Fabulous day!
